Ramesh Narine serves as our Operations Manager. In this role Ramesh works on the “behind the scenes” processes that help us deliver exceptional client service. This includes portfolio maintenance, performance reporting, data accuracy, account reconciliation, and working on process and other improvement projects and initiatives that improve the client and Tobias team experience.
Over the course of his almost two decades in the field, Ramesh has worked in consumer card processing and data reporting at Bank of America and served as a Subject Matter Expert in Operations at Morgan Stanley. Over his last 6 years at Morgan Stanley, Ramesh ensured all operational functions were completed on time and in compliance. Ramesh was also responsible for assisting on a build-out of a new windows-based trade support system for the prime brokerage division. As a leader in his division, Ramesh led most projects, helped introduce new systems and technology to lower risk and increase efficiencies, as well as streamlined processes and functions. Ramesh is an excellent asset on our Operations team as he devises ways to continue enhancing our processes for the optimal client experience.
Ramesh graduated from York College in York, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Ramesh lived in Baltimore for the last 20 years, before moving to sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In his spare time, Ramesh loves studying history, traveling, and cheering for the Baltimore Ravens
