Ursula Auger

Prior to joining Tobias Financial Advisors, Ursula built her career serving high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals within fee‑only Registered Investment Advisory firms and major financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, Citibank, and JP Morgan. With nearly 20 years of experience, she is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in simplifying complex financial concepts into actionable guidance that empowers clients to feel confident and in control. 

Ursula earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and her MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. She went on to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as well as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification. She previously served as the Executive Director of CFA Society South Florida until June 2026. Ursula also served on the Society’s board from 2011 to 2019, including two terms as President. She finds mentoring the next generation deeply rewarding and regularly connects with college students and CFA Program candidates through Society events. 

Outside of work, Ursula enjoys spending time with her partner, her two daughters, and their two dogs. She loves walking, hiking, attending local theater performances and concerts, and reading.
