Thalia is a proud alumna of the University of Virginia (UVA), from where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology. During her time at UVA she discovered her interest for the trajectories of trends, behavioral economics, and the social forces at play in business.
Prior to joining our team, Thalia managed client relations and people operations in various industries. She has experience in training and development, real estate, business development, relationship management, and public relations. Thalia’s diverse skill set, passion for connecting with people, and fluency in English and Spanish make her thrive in multi-cultural environments.
Originally born in Peru, Thalia moved to South Florida after completing her bachelor’s degree. In her free time, she enjoys traveling around the world, painting, and going to the beach.
