Matthew Hauptman, CFP® serves as a Wealth Planner. He is a native of Coral Springs, FL, and a proud graduate of Florida State University, where he earned his degree in finance. He began his career in investments and finance with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, where he obtained multiple licenses and gained invaluable industry knowledge. Through daily interactions with clients, Matthew developed a deep understanding of the financial challenges individuals face and honed his skills in providing tailored solutions.

Matthew joined Tobias Financial Advisors in 2024, as a firm that embodies his values of family, respectfulness, personal growth, and continuous learning. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives by delivering high-quality support and fostering lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Matthew is an avid Florida Panthers hockey fan and enjoys following the sport during the season. He has played hockey for most of his life and tries to hit the ice weekly. In addition to hockey, he stays active through various hobbies, including tennis, golf, running, and cooking—each a constant work in progress.
