Erika Roldan serves as a Client Service Specialist. She started with Tobias Financial Advisors as an intern, where she quickly demonstrated her ability to handle client inquiries and support the team with day-to-day operations. In her current role, Erika assists clients with account maintenance, facilitates smooth onboarding processes, and ensures that service requests are handled efficiently, with care, and attention to detail.

Prior to joining Tobias Financial Advisors, Erika served as a consultant for several small businesses and contractors, helping them improve their accounting and management procedures. She is passionate about learning how financial planning can accelerate goal accomplishment for clients and is committed to providing a seamless client experience.

Originally born in Nashua, New Hampshire, Erika moved to South Florida with her family at a young age. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University. Outside of work, Erika enjoys engaging with her local community by attending business and networking events such as Pitch Night in Miami, FITCE in Fort Lauderdale, and the Broward Business and Beyond conference in Davie.
