Franklin Gay and Melanie Leal Ramirez Present on Quality in the Financial Services Sector

We are proud to announce that our Wealth Advisor, Franklin Gay, CFP®, EA and Client Service Manager, Melanie Leal Ramirez, will be presenting at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Southeast Florida Section on Quality in the Financial Services Sector on October 17th. In this session, Franklin and Melanie will delve into the intricate world of quality in financial services, focusing on the vital aspect of process improvement. Their insights will shed light on how we continually refine our practices to stay ahead in the ever-evolving financial landscape to be able to provide top-notch services for our valued clients. 

Franklin Gay is currently pursuing his MBA in Process Improvement at Nova Southeastern University where he also sits on the board of the American Society for Quality – Southeast Florida Student Branch as Vice Chair. He was one of this year’s ASQ Southeast Florida Orlando Acevedo Scholarship Recipients. Franklin’s goal is to enhance the operational efficiency within our firm for the benefit of our team and clients alike.

Melanie is passionate about process improvements as well and plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing processes within our organization. By effectively defining clear objectives, incorporating employee feedback, and conducting rigorous testing before implementing improvements, Melanie ensures seamless execution of our client services.
