Floridians Learning to Cope in a Slow Economy
In the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, September 12, 2010, Matthew Saneholtz was quoted in the article Floridians Learning to Cope in a Slow Economy. The article explored spending, saving, and planning decisions of households in the current slow-growth economy. Matthew made suggestions for those planning for retirement in this environment, “Get the 401(k) match. You still want a diversified portfolio. Make sure that you cut your expenses and if you can, don’t carry a mortgage into retirement.”
